About Us Company
Dr. Jayshree Hegde is an accomplished dentist with over 25 years of experience in the field of Conservative Dentistry and Endodontics. She has a BDS degree from the Government Dental College, Bangalore, and an MDS degree with specialization in Conservative Dentistry & Endodontics.
Dr Hegde started her academic career in 1996, in the department of Conservative Dentistry and Endodontics at Krishnadevaraya Dental College, Bangalore. From 2001, she served in various capacities at The Oxford Dental College and was promoted to Head of her department in 2009. During this time, she published over 30 articles and led 48 research projects. In 2013, she transitioned to clinical practice as the Clinical Director at Ridgetop Dental International, Bangalore, before founding her own practice, Jay Smiles, in 2024.
Dr Hegde is a key opinion leader for two major international dental companies and has delivered over 300 lectures globally. She is the author of two textbooks on Endodontics, published in 2007 and 2020. She holds a Diplomate in Microscopic Endodontics and Restorative Dentistry and has trained many clinicians in these advanced techniques.
Throughout her career, Dr Hegde has gained extensive hands-on knowledge and experience across various areas of dentistry, including smile makeover, tooth-colored restorations, crown and bridge work.
